Security and protection of personal data

Guided by the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter RODO), we inform you about the principles of personal data protection.

We do not collect data and do not use it except as necessary to fulfil an order or contract.

The administrator of your personal data is: Techvap Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Ząbkowska lok. U3, 03-735 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

Purposes and basis of processing:

  • Personal data may be processed for:
    (a) Proper performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
    b) To comply with the Administrator’s legal obligations under generally applicable legislation (Art. 6(1)(c) RODO),
    c) To assert or defend the Administrator’s legal interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
 
  • Recipients of personal data:


Only the following categories of entities will be recipients of your certain data:

  1. Authorized employees of the Controller
    Entities working in cooperation with the Administrator for the proper functioning as well as the provision of services or the performance of contracts, including technical service providers (such as telecommunication companies, hosting companies, owners of servers and spaces where data is stored)
    Entities providing accounting and financial reporting services to the Administrator
    Public authorities and bodies performing public tasks or acting on commission of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes arising from the provisions of law
    Other external entities with the help of which the Administrator carries out its activities, including with regard to the reimbursement of the costs of training young employees.

    Data will be stored for the time required by law, the investigation, exercise or defend of the Administrator’s legal claims. Personal data will be stored with the necessary technical and organizational measures to adequately secure them.

    In accordance with the RODO regulations, you have:
    (a) The right to access your data and to receive a copy of it;
    (b) The right to rectify (amend) your data;
    (c) The right to request the erasure of your personal data;
    (d) The right to restrict the processing of your data;
    (e) The right to object;
    (f) The right to data portability;
    g) The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, at the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00 – 193 Warsaw.

    Information on automated decision-making:
    Data will not be processed in an automated manner including profiling.
